Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is looking for a Sr. Corporate Support - IT Asset Management
Description:
Join ICES on a new contract impacting national security as a Sr. Corporate Support - IT Asset Management. This position is located in Chantilly, VA. All positions require an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
Duties:
  • Develop, deliver, and manage plans, processes, assessments, reports and briefings to the customer supporting logistics, property management, asset management, application portfolio management and capitalized property acquisitions activities.
    Perform Supply Chain Risk Management activities within acquisition, property or asset management.
  • Maintain the Corporate Product List (CPL).
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver mitigation plans, technical data, and plans of action and milestones in response to customer inspections or audits, FISMA, or other external compliance reviews.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, procurement officers, and technical teams to align asset management strategies with mission goals.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations, capitalized property procedures, and audit readiness requirements.
  • Experience developing and implementing asset tracking tools, inventory control mechanisms, and compliance reporting frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software license management, procurement processes, and lifecycle management of IT assets.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT asset management, property accountability, or application portfolio oversight in a federal or IC environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph (or willingness to obtain one).

Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting NRO or similar intelligence community entities.
    Knowledge of Supply Chain Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with application portfolio management and capitalized property procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
