Job description

Job Purpose
The Inventory Crew Auditor is responsible for performing accurate and detailed inventory counts within assigned store areas, ensuring product identification by brand and flavor. This role supports audit integrity by maintaining precision in data collection and proactively communicating any discrepancies or issues to the Inventory Crew Leader.
Essential Functions
  • PDI Handheld Scanning - Conduct accurate inventory counts using handheld scanning devices, ensuring products are properly categorized and store sections are clearly identified to support organized and reliable audits.
  • Section Tagging - Support audit accuracy and transparency by marking completed sections, helping store leadership confirm full inventory coverage and streamline the review process.
  • Team Support & Flexibility- Contribute to overall audit success by assisting the Inventory Crew Supervisor with various inventory-related tasks, demonstrating adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Uphold the mission, core values, and brand standards of Royal Farms by ensuring all Loss Prevention practices reflect integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.

Work Requirements
Work hours are typically Monday through Thursday, consisting of four 10-hour days. Some Fridays may be required for meetings and additional inventories. The position requires early morning start times and may involve long drive times between locations.
Working conditions vary and include exposure to cold temperatures while counting in coolers and freezers. Slippery surfaces may be present on the sales floor, in coolers/freezers, stockrooms, and exterior store areas.
This role is physically demanding and requires frequent movement, including bending, kneeling, lifting, squatting, and repeatedly transitioning between standing and crouching while counting. It also involves extended periods of standing, sitting, and frequent handheld data entry.
This position requires consistent, reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled work hours to ensure accurate and timely inventory execution.
Pay Range
USD $17.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
