Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Clerk
Job Summary:
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for assisting with the receiving, counting, and organizing of inventory, as well as pulling and delivering order requests. The role ensures that stock levels are accurately maintained and order requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. This position works closely with the inventory and warehouse teams to ensure smooth inventory operations, accurate stock records, and efficient order management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Stocking Inventory
Assist with receiving shipments, ensuring that inventory items match the purchase orders and delivery documentation.
Inspect received items for damages and discrepancies, reporting issues to the supervisor.
Organize and properly store inventory in designated locations, following safety protocols.
Update inventory records as items are received and stocked.

Inventory Counting and Stock Control
Conduct regular physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory audits.
Monitor inventory levels and alert the supervisor when stock is low or needs replenishing.
Ensure all inventory is properly labeled and stored according to safety and organizational standards.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery
Pull inventory items from stock based on order requests, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of materials.
Deliver completed orders to the designated areas or departments in a timely manner.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal order requests as needed.

Inventory Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
Assist in generating reports on inventory status, stock levels, and order activity.
Ensure all inventory records are updated in the system and reconcile discrepancies when needed.

Safety and Housekeeping
Maintain a clean and organized inventory area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
Assist in organizing storage areas to optimize inventory management and improve efficiency.
Follow proper lifting techniques and use appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to handle inventory safely.

Collaboration and Communication
