We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Intelligence Advisor to support critical national security missions in partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and associated intelligence community (IC) stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated senior-level expertise in all-source intelligence analysis, strategic advising, and engagement with the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) or equivalent technical intelligence entities. This role requires an individual capable of operating at the senior executive level, providing authoritative intelligence assessments, shaping analytical methodologies, and bridging operational intelligence requirements with national-level policy and warfighter needs. You will provide senior-level intelligence analysis, advisory support, and strategic guidance to program leadership and government clients within DIA and affiliated IC organizations. You will also maintain situational awareness of emerging threats and IC policy developments relevant to missile defense, space, and strategic systems. The ideal candidate will ensure strong pipeline development, disciplined pursuit execution, and exceptional customer engagement. This role requires deep mission familiarity, strong IC/Defense Intelligence relationships, and the ability to drive a high-performing growth organization.Success in this role requires excellent communication, active customer engagement, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Required

  • BS or BA degree
  • 15 years of demonstrated direct experience working with or in support of DIA at a senior level
  • Proven expertise in missile, space, and/or advanced weapons threat intelligence analysis
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills
  • Some Travel
  • Must have an in-scope DoW Top Secret security clearance
