Job Description:

Location: Hawaii (Oahu) or Virginia (DMV)

Clearance Needed: TS/SCI

Are you ready to join a team operationalizing unique intelligence in the Pacific? Do you thrive when working in direct support of an operational end user? Parsons is hiring a senior intelligence analyst to provide analysis, inform and drive collection requirements, and integrate with operational elements within the Department of War, Interagency, and our client in Honolulu, HI.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a senior intelligence analyst on a geographically dispersed cross-functional team supporting a unique and targeting-focused portfolio
  • Provide expertise and integrate in-depth analysis of non-traditional and traditional sources to support DoW and IA efforts in the Pacific
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform and drive collection requirements
  • Support new initiatives including collection and analysis, targeting campaigns, and data science / data integration
  • Provide intelligence support for the planning and execution of defense and interagency operations
  • Provide information papers and briefings for General Officer / Flag Officer-level and civilian equivalent recipients

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years' relevant experience
  • Demonstrated relevant subject matter expertise in intelligence analysis and direct support to operations
  • Proven ability to coordinate collection requirements and intelligence for DoW and Interagency in support of operational planning
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and writing skills, including the ability to draft intelligence reports with limited editorial support
  • Prior support to DoW, law enforcement, interagency, and/or regulatory agencies supporting dynamic real-world missions
  • Valid US Passport
  • Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working in the Indo-Pacific region
  • Previous exposure to Special Technical Operations (STO) or Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • Prior experience working in cross-functional teams across multiple locations

Security Clearance Requirement:
