Senior Insurance Agents typically work within insurance companies or agencies, focusing on selling policies and client management. Insurance Brokers operate independently or through brokerage firms, offering clients a wider range of insurance options. While both roles require licensing and industry knowledge, brokers often have broader access to multiple insurers, making them more versatile in client service. The key difference lies in their employment setting and scope of service.

Why do so many senior insurance agents quit?

Senior insurance agents often leave the profession due to high workload, commission-based pay structures, and the stress of meeting sales targets. Additionally, industry changes, regulatory pressures, and limited career advancement can contribute to job dissatisfaction and turnover.
