What is a senior front desk?

Senior Front Desk positions refer to experienced roles within the front desk or reception area of an organization, such as a hotel, office, or medical facility. Individuals in these roles typically oversee daily operations, assist with guest or client inquiries, train new staff, and ensure a high standard of customer service. They may also handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and conflict resolution. Senior Front Desk employees act as a key point of contact between guests, staff, and management, helping ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations.
