The Senior Front Desk Associate is team member of the ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Plano Frisco location. This is a new, fast-growing extended stay brand and in a prime location.

The Senior Hotel Front Desk Associate is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing outstanding service to our guests. This role will also serve as a mentor and resource for other front desk associates and a back up to the Hotel General Manager. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must have strong leadership and communication skills, and honesty and integrity must be paramount in all that you do.
