Who we are:  VaynerMedia is a global integrated creative, media, and production focused agency, headquartered in New York City. Who you are: You are a creative producer with multidisciplinary production execution skills, whose craft expands across agency production, line production, post production and event-based activations, who comes with a production company mindset You are equal parts creative mind and operational leader. You are a hands-on producer who completely immerses oneself in the work by leaning in to shepherd complex campaigns across multiple channels, for content that requires real-time culture and relevance opportunities. You are adaptable to evolving ideas and new ways of thinking.  You think of the big picture but do not forget the details. You're comfortable navigating agency and client dynamics, but your true strength lies in turning creative ambition into executable, efficient production plans. This role requires hands-on video content capability with experiential experience.

Role Summary

  • Bring a production lens to early ideation to unlock bold, scalable ideas and to navigate trade-offs between speed, cost, craft, partners, formats and output.
  • Work directly with internal agency leads across disciplines to assess project feasibility and curate the right resources, internally and externally.
  • Review creative concepts, scripts and activation ideas with a critical production lens, identifying risks, efficiencies, and executional opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end production for 360 campaigns by building budgets with talent (union and non-union), locations, schedule, and post considerations in mind, with budgets ranging from $250-$750k+
  • Ability to lead in hands-on production bidding, and step in as a line producer, when required.
  • Crew up projects by sourcing and managing required production personnel such as directors, DPs, photographers, production and/or experiential partners, post production professionals, etc.
  • Highly effective communicator across all departments with understanding of what each respective team needs to be successful.
  • Bring proven track record and experience of executing flawless production plans across film, social, digital, print, experiential/ events, post production, podcasts, DOOH/OOH, PR, custom fabrication of influencer kits and more.
  • Act as a client-facing production lead, capable of managing multiple stakeholders at the most senior levels and navigating agency dynamics with confidence and discretion.
  • Confirm trafficking, versioning, and metadata across internal pipelines and agency deliverables.
  • Work closely with Business Affairs to review concepts, talent agreements, usage terms and other vendor and legal contracts.
  • Must be able to navigate both Union and Non Union talent considerations.
  • Help evolve how production operates within a changing advertising landscape.
  • Mentor junior producers and production staff as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience in advertising production, with a strong background in bidding, budgeting, and managing complex productions.

  • Experience with line production on live-action shoots.
  • Experience with post workflow and software (Adobe Creative cloud).
  • Deep technical knowledge across production through post, understanding what it actually takes on the ground to make the work, not just setting the parameters for execution.
  • Experience with emerging AI tools and integration into standard production is a plus.
