Duties

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and transcribing notes.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings through video conferencing software, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with event planning for company functions or stakeholder engagements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handle office management tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing front desk responsibilities.
