Senior Executive Assistant

Laguna Beach CA (Orange Country) | 100% Onsite | Base Salary up to $130,000 DOE

Our client, a major corporation in the heart of Orange County California is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support its Chief Financial Officer. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside an accomplished executive while gaining exposure to Board of Directors' activities, investor relations, strategic initiatives, executive communications, and high-level business operations.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the trusted right hand to the CFO, managing priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, travel, meetings, and executive communications.
  • Prepare polished Board presentations, executive reports, investor materials, and briefing documents.
  • Partner with senior leadership, Board members, investors, auditors, attorneys, and other key stakeholders.
  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, charts, and executive communications.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and prepare executive-ready reporting.
  • Support Board meetings, Audit Committee activities, investor relations initiatives, and strategic business projects.
  • Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion.


What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives. Financial services is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Board of Directors and executive leadership.
  • Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished executive presentations.
  • Strong Excel skills, including reporting, dashboards, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and executive presence.
