Senior Estimator | Water & Wastewater Infrastructure (Orange County California, or Phoenix AZ)


We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering water and wastewater treatment infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive estimates, bid packages, and scope breakdowns for trade partners.
  • Solicit, review, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and scheduling teams throughout preconstruction.
  • Support proposal development, bid reviews, client presentations, and estimate handoffs to construction teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of treatment plant construction, including mechanical, piping, and concrete systems.
  • Experience with Design-Build project delivery methods preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
