Senior Director of FP&A

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Director FP & A:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business model, operations, and key financial drivers
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing forecasting and reforecasting cycles
  • Deliver actionable insights and financial analysis to support strategic planning and executive decision-making
  • Build, enhance, and communicate financial models, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership team
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team (2–3 direct reports)
  • Support the implementation and optimization of a new budgeting and forecasting system
  • Utilize data visualization and BI tools to elevate reporting capabilities and business insights
  • Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, systems, and reporting frameworks

Qualifications for the Senior Director FP & A:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Proven FP&A leadership experience, preferably within financial services or a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
