  • Collaborate closely with regional finance leadership to align tax strategy with broader business objectives

Tax Compliance & Reporting

  • Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local income tax compliance, including filings, provisions, and year-end true-ups
  • Provide leadership over sales and use tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure accurate and compliant reporting related to international tax matters, including BEAT, FDII, and Transfer Pricing
  • Enhance tax reporting, forecasting, and analytics to support global tax leadership

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

  • Drive process improvements through automation, technology, and best practices
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness across all tax functions
  • Lead interactions with tax authorities, including managing audits and resolving inquiries
  • Implement and leverage tax workflow and risk management tools to improve efficiency and visibility

Team Leadership & Development

  • Partner with global tax leadership to align regional and global tax strategies

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including deep expertise in U.S. federal, state, and local taxation
  • Experience with Latin American tax jurisdictions strongly preferred
  • Background in a multinational corporate environment; experience in industry, Big 4, or large public accounting firm preferred
  • Strong experience with income tax provision and sales/use tax compliance
  • Proven track record of driving transformation, including bringing processes in-house and implementing technology solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with team development and performance management
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders
  • CPA, JD, or LLM in Taxation preferred
