The Senior Director of Nursing Services provides strategic leadership for skilled nursing operations within the community, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance and team performance. What You'll Do:
• Lead and supervise nursing operations to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and clinical processes to maintain regulatory compliance
• Monitor care plans, medication administration and interdisciplinary coordination
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives and lead survey readiness
• Develop and implement corrective action plans related to audits, pharmacy reviews and regulatory findings
• Partner with physicians, hospice and therapy providers to support continuity of care
• Manage department budgets, labor costs and financial performance
• Recruit, coach and develop nursing leaders and team members
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and service excellence
