Role: Desktop Support Technician 

Location: Dallas, TX | Onsite 

Duration : 5 Weeks

Job Description:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting iOS and Android devices, including configuration, troubleshooting, and device setup.
  • Provide onsite technical support to end users, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, incident management, user account support, and basic Active Directory troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently in an onsite environment.
