This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, professionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will support Windows and macOS environments, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple executive support requests while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Work independently while also collaborating effectively with other members of the IT organization.
  • Maintain a strong focus on the overall end-user experience.

  • 5+ years of experience with desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, and printers.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, Outlook, and related technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • Strong computing, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently resolve complex break/fix issues in person or remotely.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working within a large or mid-size financial institution.
  • A+ Certification.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
  • ITIL Foundations Certification.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a technically strong executive-support professional who understands the urgency and discretion required when supporting senior leadership. You should be comfortable troubleshooting under pressure, communicating with non-technical executives, managing competing priorities, and taking ownership of issues from initial report through final resolution.
