Job description

Frontier Auto Parts (www.frontierparts.com) is an aftermarket auto parts distributor providing quality auto body collision parts to repair shops in and around the Raleigh region since 1998. We are seeking a SENIOR Customer Service Rep, preferably ENGLISH and SPANISH speaking.
What you will do:
  • Create orders for customers
  • Address customer issues
  • Process returns and payments
  • Monday - Friday (7:30 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6:30 pm)
  • Hours over 40 hours/week paid at 1.5x hourly rate

What we are looking for:
  • English and Spanish-speaking preferred
  • Reliable and good communicator
  • Able to use a computer to create orders (e.g., look up data, enter text, navigate screens)
  • Can pass a background check

Hiring process: on site interview > background check > hire
Pay dependent on fit for position and experience.
