Sr. Customer Service Representative – Overseas Military Banking Program (OMBP)

Location: San Antonio, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Pensacola, FL HQ)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Customer Service Representative to support the Overseas Military Banking Program (OMBP).

This role involves providing exceptional customer service through both verbal and written communication channels, including phone calls and secure online banking messages.

The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of inquiries, from routine questions to complex account issues, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online banking messages.
  • Process wire transfers and conduct account closures.
  • Perform general account maintenance and data entry tasks.
  • Assist with online and mobile banking troubleshooting.
  • Educate customers on self-service tools and digital banking options.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Support off-phone tasks and special assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
