Job description

Who Are Massive Rocket?
Massive Rocket is a rapidly scaling Braze and Snowflake agency on a mission to transform how digital marketing, product, and engineering teams connect. In just five years, we've grown at speed and are now gearing up for our next big milestone: hitting $100M in revenue. We build human experiences at scale, powered by cutting-edge web, mobile, cloud, data, and AI technologies. If you're excited by innovation, love solving complex challenges, and want to help shape the future of digital experiences, you'll feel right at home here.
Every role at Massive Rocket is entrepreneurial. The people who thrive here don't just focus on their own remit - they understand the goals of the teams around them and actively contribute to the success of their colleagues, customers, and partners. We're building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and growth, and we're looking for people who want to make a real impact.
Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
As a Senior CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact CRM programmes that help clients create meaningful customer experiences across multiple channels. Working within a modern Martech ecosystem, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, WhatsApp, and other engagement channels.
You'll work closely with clients, CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into flawlessly executed campaigns. Acting as a trusted delivery expert, you'll ensure CRM initiatives are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client goals. This role is critical to ensuring our clients maximise the value of platforms such as Braze while delivering measurable business outcomes through best-in-class customer engagement programmes
What Will You Do?
• Lead the execution of CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels within Braze
• Configure and customise Braze to implement agreed strategies, journeys, and campaign plans
• Build, launch, and optimise targeted campaigns using segmentation, personalisation, and automation capabilities
• Collaborate with CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and clients to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
• Manage and analyse customer data to support campaign performance, optimisation, and audience targeting
• Conduct QA across campaigns, integrations, and supporting documentation to ensure delivery quality and accuracy
• Monitor campaign performance and create reports that provide clear insights and recommendations
• Serve as a trusted client partner, helping translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions
• Stay current with Braze capabilities and industry best practices, applying new approaches to improve client outcomes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes, campaign execution, and platform utilisation
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 5+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Engagement roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
• Proven experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing principles
• Experience working with customer data, relational databases, and campaign performance reporting
• Excellent attention to detail, including QA of campaigns, integrations, and documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills gained through client-facing or agency environments
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Why You'll Love Working Here
• Rocket-Fuelled Growth - Big challenges, fast learning, and the chance to level up quicker than anywhere else
• A Culture That Actually Gives a Damn - Supportive, positive, and built around people who want to see you win
• A Global Crew - Collaborate with brilliant teammates across Europe, the US, and beyond
• Remote-First for Life - Work from wherever you feel your best
• Real Career Momentum - Clear progression, real ownership, and space to grow into your next chapter
• Moments That Matter - Meetups, events, and team experiences that make the journey unforgettable
A Few Things to Know Before We Get Started
Bring Your Own Device - We operate a BYOD policy, so you'll use your own kit for work
Right to Work - You'll need a valid work visa; we're not able to offer sponsorship at the moment
ID Checks - We may ask for proof of identity (passport, ID card, or a recent utility bill)
References - We may request two references, so have names, relationships, and contact details ready
For Contractors - Proof of incorporation and up-to-date insurance is required
A Quick Note on Applications
We receive a high volume of applications, and while we'd love to reply to everyone personally, it's not always possible. If you haven't heard from us within two weeks, it sadly means you haven't been successful this time. But don't let that stop you-we're growing fast, and new opportunities open up all the time.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
