Job Description

The New York City Housing Authority's IT - Enterprise Solutions Management Department is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Developer with specialized knowledge in Leased Housing programs to execute technical development and enhancement initiatives for our Leased Housing business unit. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with domain knowledge to create scalable CRM solutions that address the unique needs of housing authorities and ensure compliance with HUD guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement specialized features including tenant leasing processes, rent subsidy calculations, landlord management interfaces, and certification workflows that comply with HUD's Leased Housing guidelines.
- Translate complex business requirements from housing authorities into efficient technical configurations and workflows while ensuring adaptability to regulatory changes.
- Optimize system performance and data integrity for Leased Housing-specific operations while providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Manage development project timelines, resource allocation, and work assignments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Leased Housing modules with other housing authority systems.
- Integrate Siebel CRM with other systems and third-party applications, including developing and maintaining EAI processes, web services, and data maps.
- Develop custom Siebel interfaces leveraging XML Converter, Integration Objects, and Web Services to enable bidirectional data flow with external systems.
- Schedule and monitor batch jobs, workflows, and EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager) processes.
- Develop and implement automated SRF deployment pipelines across development, test, Staging, and production environments.
- Design and implement data masking and tokenization strategies for PII compliance within Siebel Environments.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security and Enterprise Architecture teams to implement advanced security protocols including two-factor authentication flows, IP-based restrictions, and session security policies.

3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above.
