Ocrolus is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its legal team, supporting an AI-powered document automation platform trusted by over 400 fintech, mortgage, and banking organizations. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role is central to the company's commercial operations and growth.
The Senior Counsel will independently manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including enterprise SaaS, API/data licensing, and strategic partnerships, working closely with the sales team to drive deals from negotiation to signature. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values direct collaboration with revenue teams, and views contracting as a business enabler.
Beyond commercial contracting, the Senior Counsel will advise product and engineering teams on matters related to AI/ML, data privacy (including CCPA and GLBA), and financial services compliance, while also contributing to corporate governance and process development.
