You know how to balance accuracy with urgency and can comfortably move between strategic conversations and hands-on operational execution. You enjoy improving systems, building processes, and helping teams succeed through strong financial leadership. You're confident working independently, but collaborative enough to thrive in a highly cross-functional environment where no two days look exactly the same.

Why Join Barrel One Collective?

  • Opportunity to help shape a growing and evolving organization

  • Highly visible leadership role with direct operational impact
