Job description

We have an immediate need for an adult companion to join our team to provide companionship to one of our wonderful short term memory clients in Concord, MA.
Caregiver / Companion – Morning Adventures

Concord, MA | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Daily

Consistent schedule · Long-term role

We’re looking for a kind, patient, and engaging caregiver to support one of our wonderful clients in Concord each morning.

Our client has short-term memory loss and does best with someone who is calm, friendly, and comfortable providing reminders and companionship. This role is active, positive, and focused on helping her enjoy her days.

This role is a great fit if you:
  • Are patient, upbeat, and encouraging

  • Enjoy being out and about

  • Are reliable and consistent

  • Like building a genuine relationship

You’ll help with:
  • Gentle reminders and daily routine support

  • Food shopping and errands

  • Accompanying client to the swimming pool

  • Short outings and “little adventures”

  • Walking together when the weather is nice

No heavy lifting and no medical care.

Schedule (required)
  • Monday through Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Weekends 10 AM to 1 PM


You do not have to be able to take every shift, but covering at least 3 or 4 of the days would be desirable.
