Now Hiring: Live-In Companion Caregiver
Touching Hearts at Home Rochester, NY

Are you a dependable, compassionate caregiver ready to make a meaningful impact? Were hiring Live-In Companion Caregivers to offer non-medical support and companionship, helping older adults with daily routines and maintaining a sense of dignity and independence. No medical certification required.

Schedule: 5 Days On / 5 Days Off (Live-In Shifts)
Compensation: $368.480 per day thats $1,842.40 (pre-tax) for 5 consecutive days (Overtime Pay After 44 Hours included)
Lodging
: Room and board included during shift
This is a 365-day position. Care Partners are scheduled on a rotating basis and are required to work assigned shifts that include weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Kind, reliable, and communicative individuals
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
Support clients with mobility or memory needs (when applicable)
Maintain a safe, positive home environment
Requirements:
  • Valid drivers license and insured vehicle
  • Reliable phone and internet access
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to commit to a 5 days on / 5 days off live-in schedule
  • Willingness to commute up to 15 miles
