Job description


The Senior Manager, Business Applications is accountable for dependable delivery and operational excellence across Badger's enterprise applications environment, primarily Oracle Cloud Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution by translating business demand into sustainable roadmaps, leading managers and teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining a stable production environment.
The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leads delivery and operational support of enterprise business applications, including Oracle Cloud.
  • Partners with business leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions.
  • Manages and develops application delivery and support teams.
  • Oversees vendors and system integrators to ensure quality, value, and reliability.
  • Ensures stable operations, continuous improvement, and successful system upgrades.

What You'll Need for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive business and/or IT experience in enterprise applications or ERP environments.
  • 4-6 years of IT people leadership experience, including oversight of managers or senior individual contributors.
  • ERP implementation or enterprise application support experience; Oracle Cloud Applications preferred.
