Work you'll do

As a Manager on the SAP team, you will support clients across the solution lifecycle, from business process assessment through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

  • Lead SAP Concur implementations and major workstreams across Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request, including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, quality, risk, and delivery management. 
  • Facilitate requirements, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops; translate travel and expense, accounts payable, corporate card, and spend management requirements into SAP Concur solutions. 
  • Lead functional design and oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, defect management, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities. 
  • Advise client stakeholders on operating model design, policy alignment, compliance controls, tax and value-added tax considerations, and opportunities to improve spend management processes. 
  • Build relationships with client leaders and delivery teams while supporting communications, training, change adoption, proposals, estimation, and the development of Deloitte's SAP Concur offerings.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus 10+ years of experience in SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), SAP Concur, travel and expense, accounts payable, spend management, or consulting
  • 8+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both
  • Experience supporting 4+ full-lifecycle enterprise implementations, including 2+ SAP Concur implementations
  • Experience leading 2+ implementations or major workstreams in a primary delivery role, including 1+ SAP Concur implementation or workstream
  • Hands-on configuration experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice, and experience designing and delivering integrations with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP Central Component financials, including cost objects, employee and human resources master data, tax, and single sign-on
  • Experience supporting travel-and-expense and accounts-payable or invoice processes, including policy, compliance, audit controls, and corporate card programs
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Master's degree
  • 2+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm supporting large enterprise transformation engagements

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
