Job description

ComResource is looking for a Senior PMO.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a corporate website platform migration, including content readiness, internal approvals, vendor coordination, and go-live execution.
  • Manage a content migration program ensuring all editorial content is audited, classified, produced, and migrated to the new digital experience platform with zero gaps at launch.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Marketing, IT, Product, and Regional teams up to the C-level, making decisions rather than waiting for them.
  • Manage internal and external content production agencies, localization vendors, and technical implementation partners.
  • Run cross-functional governance, including cadence management, blocker removal, and proactive escalation.
  • Coordinate regional approval workflows across markets with varying compliance requirements, localization needs, and stakeholder structures.
  • Lead go-live readiness activities including QA, rollback planning, SEO validation, URL mapping, and launch-day execution.

Essentials:

  • 10+ years in digital project delivery, web platform launches, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise website migrations on time and on budget.
  • Experience leading 2+ full corporate website launches or platform migrations for enterprise-scale organizations with 500+ pages across multiple markets.
  • Deep understanding of content operations including CMS, PIM, DAM, localization workflows, and editorial governance.
  • Experience managing content migration programs including audit, classification, production, and localization workflows.
  • Experience with composable or headless CMS platforms and modern content architectures.
  • Experience coordinating 10+ internal stakeholders and external vendors simultaneously.
  • Experience navigating global organizations with regional approval workflows and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to deliver on fixed deadlines without schedule flexibility.
  • Experience running governance structures that drive decisions, not just meetings.
  • Understanding of SEO migration, URL mapping, 301 redirects, and zero-regression launch standards.
  • Stakeholder management experience at the C-level, including presenting to CMOs, CIOs, and steering committees.
