As a Marketing Program Manager on the Verticals Business Accelerator team, you'll drive global initiatives that connect innovative technology solutions with the IT leaders shaping education, government, and healthcare. This is a high-impact role at the center of strategy and execution-where you'll lead key programs, align cross-functional teams, and bring bold marketing ideas to life on a global scale.

Program Coordination & Execution Support

  • Support the execution of global vertical marketing programs, including new product launches, by managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Keep programs on track by monitoring progress, flagging risks, and following up with stakeholders on next steps

  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, regional teams) to ensure alignment and timely execution

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage day-to-day project tracking in Asana, ensuring tasks are up to date and deadlines are met

  • Maintain visibility into program status and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and blockers

Content & Asset Management

  • Upload, tag, and organize finalized assets across digital hubs, sales portals, and regional websites to ensure accessibility

  • Manage localization workflows, including submitting content for translation and tracking delivery timelines

Campaign Setup & Readiness

  • Support campaign execution by creating Salesforce campaigns, generating UTM tracking codes, and validating links prior to launch

  • Ensure all campaign components are properly set up and ready for launch

Budget & Administrative Support

  • Manage operational aspects of program budgets, including routing SOWs, opening POs, and tracking invoices

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for key initiatives, including working with external partners and internal teams as needed

  • Provide additional support for high-priority projects and ad hoc requests

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated program or project management experience in a complex, cross-functional organization

  • Experience in B2B marketing program/project management

  • Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present clearly and confidently

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and drive solutions

  • Experience with marketing operations tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce) preferred

  • Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments

  • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience

Location: Logitech is proud to support a hybrid work culture. This full-time role is focused on identifying hybrid candidates based near San Jose, CA. However, we will also consider hybrid candidates in other offsite US locations: Irvine, CA; Camas, WA; Dallas, TX; Doral, FL; Toronto, Canada.

This position offers an annual base salary typically

between $ 90K and $ 190K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
