Elevate Your Career with a Global Leader in Electronic Technology

Are you a technical expert with a passion for precision? Do you thrive in environments where your leadership directly influences the bottom line and the future of manufacturing?

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our elite team. This isn't just a role overseeing machinery; it's a chance to lead the day-to-day evolution of our injection molding operations. You will work alongside a collaborative team in a premier location, backed by the resources of an industry-leading global organization.

The Opportunity: Impact and Innovation

As a cornerstone of our manufacturing facility, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and own the end-to-end lifecycle of our injection molding processes. You won't just follow standards-you will set them.

  • Strategic Leadership: Direct tool repairs, PM operations, and changeovers to eliminate downtime and maximize quality.

  • Technical Excellence: Lead the IQ, OQ, PQ process and DOE runs for new tooling, ensuring we stay at the cutting edge of electronic technology.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive cost reductions and safety improvements.

  • Team Development: Mentor and coach a high-performing team, fostering an environment of constructive input and professional growth.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Engineering Mindset: A deep understanding of mold setups, tool work, and the implementation of manufacturing strategies.

  • Leadership DNA: Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize complex workflows, and inspire a team to exceed KPIs.

  • Process Mastery: Proficiency in MS Project and a firm grasp of change management and fact-based problem-solving.

Why Join Us?

  • Comprehensive Long-Term Benefits & Retirement Plans

  • Generous Vacation Package

  • A Culture of Safety and Innovation: We invest in the latest technologies and, more importantly, in the people who run them.
