At La Petite Maison (LPM), we are known for our commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experience. Our Boston opening represents an exciting step forward, and we are looking for a Beverage Manager to lead and shape a best-in-class wine and bar programme.

This is a key leadership role with direct impact on revenue, brand positioning, and guest engagement. We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for product and service excellence.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Lead and evolve the wine and beverage programme to drive revenue and brand positioning

  • Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and cost control

  • Own beverage P&L, analysing performance and identifying growth opportunities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams

  • Drive exceptional guest experience and upselling on the floor
