We are looking for a responsible Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for a Property Management office. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant include opening and closing the front office, providing support to our managers, staff, and clients and assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be punctual and have office administrative experience, excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. If you have previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities

  • Open office promptly at 9 am
  • Greet and assist clients and customers
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Take messages
  • Open mail
  • Receive and handle in-house payments
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from clientele
