What We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and strategic sales professional who is ready to make a difference. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and a passion for building relationships.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, with a strong understanding of hydraulics. A degree in Engineering or Business is a plus.
  • 5-8years of experience in a technical sales or Senior/Principal Account Manager role, ideally within the hydraulics or off-highway industry
  • A self-driven and resilient mindset, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development ideally with OEM focus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build trust at all levels including senior and c-level employees.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States, preferably in North Carolina or Ames, Iowa. This role requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
