Now is the time to bring your expertise to a W2 role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.
As a Security Representative I - W2 with Insight, you will be a key driver of our loss-prevention, access control, and investigation initiatives in a warehouse environment. We will count on you to collaborate with our security team, operations, and HR to reduce inventory shrinkage, investigate incidents, manage badge/access systems, and support our multi-shift environment. Along the way, you will work effectively in a team-oriented environment, supporting cross-shift coordination and strong individual accountability.

As a Security Representative I - W2, you will get to:
  • Monitor and review video surveillance systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity.
  • Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit. Upholding the integrity of a safe workplace environment and Insight inventory.
  • Manage and process badge/access control systems including badge creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring.
  • Conduct risk assessments/safety walks of warehouse zones.

We are looking for a Security Representative I - W2 with:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations, ideally in a warehouse, distribution, or high value environment.
  • Military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
  • Hands-on experience with video surveillance systems, access control/badge systems, and alarm systems.
