Job description

The Security Agent reports directly to the Security Director and is responsible for daily surveillance duties, random and scheduled site inspections, and overall security at the facility. The Security Agent will perform routine patrols, will assist in investigations regarding suspected theft or diversion, and will coordinate and communicate with key internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and/or authorized representatives of the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC), as necessary. The Security Agent may be stationed within the cultivation facility or the company's main office to ensure a safe and secure environment across all sites and at all times.
