LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Legal Secretary for a respected law firm in Austin, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting attorneys on high-level legal matters.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals
  • Draft, revise, proofread, and format complex legal documents
  • Manage calendars, correspondence, and client communications
  • Coordinate document management and maintain legal records
  • Handle time entry and other administrative functions
  • Serve as a professional liaison between attorneys, clients, and staff
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications
  • Prior Legal Secretary experience in a law firm setting
  • Exceptional proofreading, grammar, and document formatting skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Experience with iManage, FileSite, Elite WebView, Change-Pro, and/or InterAction is highly preferred
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
