Executive Assistant / Administrative Secretary
Our client is one of the world's leading energy companies headquartered in the Middle East.
We are accepting online applications for the position of Administrative Assistant that will be relocated to the Middle East.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
  1. Provides comprehensive and confidential administrative support for company executives which may include planning coordination, organizing meetings, preparing documents/agendas, coordinating conference calls, overseeing preparation of event materials and managing department shared calendar
  2. Independently completes miscellaneous assigned projects by gathering, organizing, and summarizing information; and assists in preparation of documents
  3. Handles sensitive/confidential material
  4. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other special project/tasks/assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:
  1. High school degree or equivalent
  2. 3 - 7 years secretarial/administrative experience
  3. Intermediate to advance computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  4. Must be an individual who is self-motivated, learns quickly, is resourceful, anticipates needs and is able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  5. Must have a demonstrated ability to multi-task
  6. Must have strong written (correct grammar, spelling, sentence structure, vocabulary) and oral communication skills
  7. Must have experience working with senior level management
