Job description

Clerical And Secretarial Assistant

Basic Function: Under the direction of an Assistant Principal, perform a variety of clerical and secretarial functions in support of school office operations for an assigned function within a high school, middle school or elementary school; perform public relations and communication services for the Assistant Principal.

Requirements / Qualifications: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by courses in secretarial science or related field and two years of responsible secretarial experience. A complete application must meet the criteria listed above and must have the following documents attached: โ€ข Letter of Introduction (must be specific to the job position you are applying for). โ€ข Resume โ€ข Two (2) current professional letters of recommendation dated within the last two years. โ€ข An application filled out completely which includes the "Record of Work Experience/Employment History" and no blank spaces.
