Integrity Fab amp; Machine is hiring a skilled Second Shift Leadman / Floater to support our second shift supervisor while running their own machine and assisting across the shop.
This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys helping others succeed.
You’ll be a key go-to person on the floor — helping solve problems, filling gaps, and ensuring production, quality, and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities include:
  • Run and set up your own CNC and/or manual machine
  • Float between machines and departments to support production needs
  • Work closely with the second shift supervisor to keep operations on track
  • Assist operators with setups, troubleshooting, and quality checks
  • Help maintain production flow and reduce downtime
  • Detect and correct machining or programming issues
  • Maintain accurate time and production records
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance
  • Help test new jobs and support process improvements
  • Maintain key supplies and inventory items
  • Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
