Who We're Looking For

We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee evening operations within our steel truss manufacturing facility in East Dublin, GA. This position is responsible for maintaining open communication, coaching, motivating, and supporting the production team, while also actively assisting with production operations.

What's a Typical Day Like?

This role provides leadership and direction to our 2nd Shift production employees while ensuring production, safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who promotes accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
