INSIDE SALES ENGINEER - Recent Graduate

Are you eager to start a rewarding career in technical sales? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Engineer - Recent Graduate to join our team in the Process Control industry. No prior sales experience is required - just a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn sales skills! You will receive training to develop your sales expertise while supporting customers in selecting the right solutions for their needs.

The Inside Sales Engineer - Recent Graduate will be responsible for managing existing accounts and providing technical support to customers. 
Responsibilities:

  • Learn about our products, industry applications, and technical solutions. 
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, providing basic technical guidance and recommendations. 
  • Prepare and manage quotes for mechanical equipment, ensuring timely delivery & follow-up.
  • Support the sales team with quoting, order processing, and customer follow-ups. 
  • Build strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings. 
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to understand product specifications. 
  • Participate in ongoing sales and technical training to enhance your skills.
  • Utilize advanced ERP system to perform order entry, acknowledgement, status checking and expediting. 
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by developing strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Provide technical support to customers by answering questions and providing solutions to their problems.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Recent Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics or equivalent experience
  • Eager to learn sales skills.
  • Desire to learn more about industrial or manufacturing process equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
