Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to perform the development of VLSI system by defining the various functionalities, architecture, layout and implementation for a client
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate AOI equipment for PCBA inspection.
  • Load, run, verify, and adjust AOI programs or inspection recipes.
  • Support AOI programming, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Review inspection results and identify PCBA defects.
  • Help improve AOI inspection accuracy and reduce false calls.
  • Work with engineering teams to refine AOI setup, inspection criteria, and defect review.
  • Document recipe changes, inspection results, and debug findings.
  • Support basic machine setup, calibration checks, and preventive maintenance.

Required Skills
  • Direct AOI experience is preferred.
  • Experience in PCBA manufacturing, SMT, assembly, or electronics production.
  • Ability to adjust or debug AOI programs/recipes, not just load and unload boards.
  • Strong understanding of PCBA defects and inspection process.
  • Experience working in a contract manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Experience: 1-3 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
