Daily Tasks and Event Operations Coordinatorย 

ย Event Services Client Managementย ย 

  • Cultivating assigned leads through the sales process, planning process, and execution strong emphasis client experienceย ย 
  • Assist with internal leads, to include assigned events from the presidentโ€™s officeย ย 
  • Coproduce institutional events as assignedย ย 
  • Plan events as assigned during peak periodsย ย 

ย Financeย 

  • Generate and manage invoicing for event-related incidents.ย 
  • Provide necessary information for finance-related inquiries.ย 
  • Maintain proper financial recording on assigned events within Tripleseatย ย 

ย Event Coordinationย 

  • Communicate effectively with event contacts and act as a liaison to secure required resources to ensure a successful eventย ย 
  • Represent Newfields during client-facing meetings and with external vendors.ย 
  • Oversee the day-of event planning and execution from your portfolio or as assignedย ย 
  • Create event itineraries for internal and external communication.ย 

ย Event Salesย 

  • Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities for secured accounts.ย 
  • Assist with high-volume event leads and the sales process.ย 
  • Generate and execute event contracts that live within your portfolioย ย 
  • In collaboration with the events team, introduce hosting concepts to generate sales, and incentives designed around group, festival, and or event-based concepts.ย 
  • Support, plan, and or execute signature events as dictated by the presidentโ€™s office. This includes but not limited to seasonal institutional events in collaboration with the presidentโ€™s office and or advancement and marketing.ย
