Location: Lexington, MA or Rome, NY
Work Type: Full-Time / Hybrid
Remote Work: 50% - Candidate must be onsite 3x a week at the designated AFB (Lexington or Rome) Accessing Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) within the U.S. AirForce is required for the position. Job Description
This role will be focused on the Elastic Search application to build speed, scale and AI capabilities within an enterprise Cybersecurity environment. Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Elastic Search, Logstash, and Kibana in a design or developer role
3+ years of experience with software tool integrations, including REST APIs, SOAP, and APIs
2+ years of experience in medium to large enterprise network environments with change review board, documentation, and reporting requirements
At least one year of experience with Cybersecurity in Network Security, Infrastructure Security, Applications or Systems Security, Security Operations, SIEM, Incident Response, or Threat Intelligence
2+ years experience with Kubernetes, and AWS
Experience with search index management, including index-templates and index lifecycle (ILM), performance analysis, and optimization or tuning
Experience with query languages and writing complex queries for large data sets and scripting and programming languages, including Painless, Python, or Java
Ability to work on developing connectors with tools to effectively enable end to end automation of security operations procedures
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science โ€“ STEM field
Nice To Have Qualifications
Experience with Cybersecurity tools, including Tanium, Zscaler, Palo Alto, HBSS, ACAS, AWS Security Hub, NetSkope, CrowdStrike, FireEye, or ServiceNow
Experience with Networks and Network Protocols, including TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, and FTP
Experience working in DoD cloud environments
Certifications: CySA+, or CISSP Certification
Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work on a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder and collaborative environment

Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
