Job description

  • Lead end-to-end management of enterprise-level programs across software development, cloud, AI/ML, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with Delivery Heads, Product Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and issues; proactively identify and mitigate blockers.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes using Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, compliance (e.g., ISO 27001), and security standards across all program activities.
  • Foster collaboration across global teams and promote a culture of accountability and transparency.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in IT, software development, or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience managing multi-team, multi-phase programs with budgets exceeding $1M.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
