Position: Program Manager
Location: Plano, TX- Need locals only
Exp level: 12+ years
Experience in a supply chain setting is a must
Non-Negotiable Qualifications:
Highly organized, detail oriented, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS in Computer Science, business, or engineering
7+ years of experience in software engineering program/project management
Advanced proficiency in English language: spoken, written
Experience with large-scale, global, distributed software programs
Experience in a supply chain setting is a must
Experience in budget and financial planning is a must
Strong technical competence in Microsoft tool suite
Strong technical competence with software-development processes (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) & tools, namely: Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
Knowledgeable of cloud-based development environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Japanese language proficiency
Experience JAMA software
