What You'll Do At Monteith

As a Scheduling Engineer, you will support project teams by maintaining accurate CPM schedules and helping connect field-level planning to the contractual and baseline schedules.

  • Build and maintain CPM schedules under the direction of Scheduling Managers
  • Update schedules to reflect onsite progress, sequence changes, and scope revisions
  • Incorporate look-ahead plans and pull schedules into CPM updates
  • Assist with schedule analysis and reporting
  • Maintain schedule documentation and narratives
  • Learn how field execution translates into schedule logic and constraints
  • Maintain and track regional project status for full visibility

Experience You Should Have

  • Minimum 2-4 years of construction experience
  • Ability to read and understand construction schedules. Primavera P6 experience preferred.
  • Relevant experience or a degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours when needed
  • Ability to travel (NC / SC)
