Home Health Scheduler/Office Assistant

Location: Cary, NC 27511

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Home Health Scheduler/Office Assistant to join our team in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling home health visits, coordinating with patients and healthcare providers, and providing general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate home health visits between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, families, and staff in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and appointment schedules.
  • Assist with patient intake and registration processes.
  • Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, and other clinical staff to confirm appointments and availability.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification as needed.
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
