Job description

Job Title: Scheduling Manager

Cornerstone Caregivingis a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 450 offices in just 6 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 43 different states (and counting). You will be managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.
Salary: $52,500

Office Location:Woburn, MA

  • Schedule Management: Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
  • Compliance: Ensuring office's compliance to state and federal regulations.
  • Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
  • Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
  • On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
