Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced full-time Home Health Scheduling Coordinator for our Everett, WA office! We are looking for someone just as passionate as we are about providing life-changing service.

What do we require of you?
  • At least 1-2 years of scheduling experience, preferably in a home health and/or hospice agency
  • Experience with Home Care Home Base strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate cooperation and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and stay on task in a fast-paced office
  • Excellent team-oriented, verbal, and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, onsite in our Everett office
  • Ensures optimum staffing and scheduling solutions by maintaining staff demographics, skill sets, availability, and productivity levels
  • Interface with contract, clinical, and office staff with a focus on collaboration and positive working relationships
  • Serves as the primary responder to all inbound calls and inquiries
  • Provides excellent customer service to patients, referral sources, and community contacts
  • Maintain proper daily workflow and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Assist intake and serve as administrative support for all office, clinical, and marketing staff
  • Communicates effectively and professionally regarding coordination of care expectations
  • Educates and enforces deadlines, schedule updates, and workflow requirements
  • Supports office workflow through cross-training in medical records, intake, and other administrative tasks
