We are looking for a Scanning Clerk to work within our accounting department to maintain organized, accurate, and compliant digital files.  This candidate will prepare, scan, and verify critical records within our ERP and on internal data storage areas.  We are seeking an onsite candidate, with full-time work hours M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.


Job Responsibilities:


  •   The Document Control Specialist manages the lifecycle of company documents.
  • This position will prepare, scan, and verify critical records within our ERP and on internal data storage areas. 
  • This role maintains organized, accurate, and compliant digital files. 
  • This role will also perform light data entry to support daily operations. 

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English
  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred
