Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and lift/mail materials as needed
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-capacity production printers, scanners, mail inserting equipment, and related production machinery
  • Review and process documents, monitor print quality, perform quality checks, and ensure customer specifications are met
  • Assemble, insert, sort, tray, and prepare mail pieces for delivery while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot basic operational issues, and maintain production and quality records
