The Role: The Guardian of Price Integrity
As a Scan Coordinator, you are the backbone of our store's pricing accuracy and data management. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee the retail database, ensuring that every price on the shelf perfectly matches the point-of-sale system. Cashiering and vendor receiving. Your precision directly impacts guest trust and store profitability, making you a vital partner to both the management team and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Database Management: Oversee item pricing, merchandise additions, and deletions within the retail database. You are responsible for the total accuracy of automated pricing systems.
  • Price Integrity: Maintain overall price integrity throughout the store. You will lead weekly price changes, including the physical replacement of shelf tags and promotional signage.
  • Inventory & Receiving: Support inventory control by working in the merchandise receiving area. You will partner with delivery personnel to check in, count, and verify merchandise received or returned by vendors.
  • Reporting: Generate and provide detailed pricing and inventory reports to management as needed to support business decisions.
  • Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that any pricing discrepancies are resolved quickly and professionally.
