To thrive as an SAP Monitoring Specialist, you need a strong understanding of SAP system architecture, performance analysis, and troubleshooting, often supported by experience with SAP Basis or relevant certifications. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, monitoring tools (such as SAP CCMS, SAP EarlyWatch), and system alerting processes is typically required. Effective management requires familiarity with SAP monitoring tools (like SAP Solution Manager), proactive communication with technical and functional teams, and a structured escalation process. Staying updated with system patches and regularly conducting health checks also contribute to minimizing downtime and ensuring system reliability.

  • Lead requirements gathering across core supply chain planning domains, including SAP S/4HANA EWM, WM, TM, and ATTP.
  • Define the "to-be" technology landscape, develop solution roadmaps, and design phased implementation strategies aligned to strategic business objectives across supply chain, planning, and operations.
  • Serve as a functional champion and subject matter expert in one or more key areas such as SAP S/4HANA EWM, ATTP, Corporate Serialization etc.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Domain Architects (Data, Infrastructure, Application, Security) to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and system design principles.
  • Perform hands-on system configuration and solution design activities, document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and architecture designs.

  • Proven knowledge of SAP Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP), including serialization, aggregation, verification, regulatory reporting, and global compliance frameworks
  • Hands-on experience integrating EWM and ATTP with S/4HANA core logistics modules (MM, SD, TM, PP) to ensure seamless material flow, batch traceability, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.
